You cannot cancel the order after receiving confirmation from us. If an item is unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you.

In such cases: If payment has been made:

You are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Order Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

If we are unable to reach you for order confirmation.
If the delivery address is outside our serviceable locations.
If necessary details required for delivery are missing.
If the ordered items are unavailable.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund Details:

A 20% deduction (covering shipping and internet payment charges) will apply to the original payment amount.

Refunds cannot be processed for transactions made via the SLICE PREPAID CARD. Instead, a gift voucher equivalent to the purchase value will be issued.
